Instructional design

Instructional design is a systematic approach to the development of teaching methods and tools, aimed at achieving pre-set learning outcomes. The quality of instructional design is crucial for the success of educational programs and units, and affects the speed of knowledge acquisition, as well as the level of engagement and satisfaction of students. Different models of instructional design are used, which can be applied depending on the needs and characteristics of the target group. Also, the approach is necessarily different in teaching in a physical environment (person to person), compared to a digital environment (“e-learning”). High level of instructional design quality is a key feature of our services and products.

Educational psychology

Educational psychology is a branch of psychology that primarily deals with psychological mechanisms associated with learning and teaching processes. The application of psychology in teaching takes into account the personal interests and motivation of the person to whom the knowledge is transferred, thus impacting the choice of methods and tools in teaching or instructional design. In adult teaching, students’ motivation is an extremely important factor in the success of the educational programme, so our aim is to adapt instructional design to the needs of students, their characteristics, prior knowledge, expected knowledge application, patterns of behavior and learning, and societal needs.

Educational technology

Educational technology is a process of integrating technological solutions into teaching, in order to increase the level of quality and enable efficient (and fun) transfer of knowledge. It is a special subject of interest in e-learning, and includes various digital media and tools. According to research, learning with the application of gamification and virtual reality achieves remarkable results (even in adults), but effective technological solutions can also be much simpler. Encouraging students to create their own digital content, regardless of the basic topic of education, can be a good way to acquire knowledge and engage students. The possibilities of applying digital technology in teaching are innumerable, and it is important to choose them with a focus on predefined learning outcomes.
